老師好 想問 這道題里的空調(diào)系統(tǒng)花了500拆除之后為什么可以用3500計算折舊，還用拆除前的原始值4000減。我覺得應該用替換后的新系統(tǒng)的價格入賬，但是這道題又沒給。就很不明白這個的計算

老師做完這題后想問一下，share premium的問題 報表給的是X1年10/1，沒有溢價，然后收購日子公司股票值2.5，我就很當然的在收購日加了1.5的溢價到子公司net asset里，結(jié)果就錯了。這里是不是報表上，不管報表是收購日前的，還是收購日之后9個月或者1年的，只要報表上沒溢價，就不用考慮share premium 還有就是這題goodwill有6分，我加了share premium，DOA的RE也算錯了，還有沒看清題，把減值2000也減掉了，這樣會全部扣光6分嗎？
