有關(guān)employee benefit的一堆問題

老師，我今天學(xué)習(xí)了employee benefit有關(guān)內(nèi)容，有幾個(gè)問題想要問一下。 1. curtailment意思是裁員嗎？當(dāng)出現(xiàn)curtailment&settlement的時(shí)候，gain和loss的產(chǎn)生原因是什么呢？curtailment和past service costs有什么不同嗎？還有那個(gè)確認(rèn)的時(shí)間點(diǎn)（取related restructuring costs are recognized和when the curtailment occurs兩個(gè)早的時(shí)間點(diǎn)）是為什么要取兩者更早的那個(gè)呢？ 2. SOPL里的那個(gè)net interest component是不是指的是plan liability產(chǎn)生的應(yīng)付利息減去plan asset產(chǎn)生的利息收入呢？ 3..plan asset是指第三方的投資吧？為什么會(huì)確認(rèn)在我方的報(bào)表中呢？ 4. plan liability為什么會(huì)產(chǎn)生利息呢？它與plan liability本身的增加產(chǎn)生的原因有什么區(qū)別？ 5. current service cost和actuarial gains and losses的區(qū)別是什么呢？
