問題1 disposal 導(dǎo)致index cost的減少，比率算完了之后是乘以調(diào)整index rise后的index cost還是像深色截圖那樣乘以沒做index rise的？ 問題2 計(jì)算gain的時(shí)候 按書上proceed減cost再減indexation allowance，還是按照視頻里，直接減indexed cost一個(gè)？
